In a town where every 3rd person you meet is a realtor — Pernille Carter stands head and shoulders above them all. She is well worth an interview if you are selling a house. I had a particularly difficult house — family home in a prime location but not kept up and a couple of odd add-ons. Pernille worked doggedly in every way — regular meetings, low-cost suggestions, staging advice. She is plugged in to an entire network of contractors, attorneys, inspectors, and the like. At every stage, when I took her advice to use a particular person, I saw that she had steered me right as she always seemed to know the best people. The couple of times I didn’t, I regretted it. Pernille is highly professional and yet eminently approachable and friendly. She is always responsive to texts, phone calls, emails and the like. She uses the latest technology.
